Also I've done chocolate cupcakes, with whipped topping swirled to look like ghosts. I use 2 mini chocolate chips as eyes.

For a snack:
slice some apples and toss with a little cinnamon and sugar, so it lightly coats the apples. Its easiest to put the cinnamon and sugar in a ziplock baggie and toss the apples in there.
