yay, i think it just need work. there are alot of homes in south amityville that are well over $500K. the one we're buying is $555k. it's a great area and with alot of expensive home, you just have to be the type of family who doesn't mind sending their kids to private school if you don't want to deal with the school district.

Thats what the guy said where I detailed his car - He lived on the canal but the house across the street was on the bay......I never knew it was nice like that in amityville
