Cool sculpting?
Has anyone done this? I read about it in a magazine, and it sounds really cool. They can freeze away fat cells in targeted areas. Less invasive than plastic surgery. I'm so intrigued.

If you go to realself.com you'll be able to read lots of reviews. I've heard mixed things to be honest.

Re: Cool sculpting?
Don't do it! I did it for my lower stomach and hated it!
First, it is extremely painful. They sucked the fat and put it in a rectangular thing, and it gets then cold, cold… so uncomfortable! When it was done, my stomach - well, the fat lol, was like a frozen brick.
Then I came home, and later that day, it was so painful, I couldn't walk. It stayed swollen for about 3 weeks. I remember taken pills for the pain, putting warm compresses, and wearing a girdle.
As the results, I really didn't see any, but months later I felt that my upper stomach was looking bigger. They recommended, of course, to have the procedure done for my upper stomach, but with that awful experience, I decided not to.

Oh no! I figured it would be painful, but I was hoping the results would be worth it. I'm sorry you didn't like it. Thank you for sharing!
