Cool Times Square restaurant for a teenager
I am taking my niece to see Phantom of the Opera as her sweet 16 gift. We HAD to see a Thursday matinee because that's when her favorite Christine performs.  I want to take her for a cool lunch before the show. Where would you suggest?
