It is a 1 bedroom but pretty spacious. Lots of closet space. DH extended out and built shelving in one of the closets and there is a huge closet w/ sliding doors we split for our clothes in another.

This place is in a fabulous location! You can't beat that location to the LIRR - it was such an easy commute to NYC. I hope you sell it quickly!

It is a 2 minute walk to the LIRR and only about 35mins into Penn. Not to mention how close you are to 7th Street and Franklin. DH and I are always going out to dinner at one of the restaurants there or getting icecream and walking down 7th street.
