I have all Farberware. To my dismay, my small frying pan (I only use it for eggs) is a little scratched up at the bottom thanks for us being a little rough on it. Anyway, next time around I'd love to get Copper. My mom says Circulon is the best. What do you think? I know things are meant to be used, but I don't like that some of the non stick is coming up! It's just that one, but I'm so anal!

I have Emerilware with the copper bottoms and they are a BEYATCH to clean. If it's important to you that they look new, copper might not be the best bet. The Emerilware has copper only on the bottom, so it doesn't look so bad. I have no complaints about the quality.
