Cornell GC office...
Couple of quickie questions... I've gotten bits and pieces of info from other threads, but want to clarify. I also live and work on LI. And without too much juggling, need to be at work by 7:45. If I'm going to do am IVF cycle with cornell, (besides all the initial consult, testing, etc), I could pretty much expect just to have to go to the GC office for monitoring? What time do they start monitoring?

I am still figuring this out too but I think monitoring in GC is only M-F and from 7-8
But I would like to add my own q- Is there an RE in GC or are NPs doing the monitoring?

I'm not sure of the times, but as far as I know at Cornell the RE's and fellows always do the monitoring

Re: Cornell GC office...
Hi, GC monitoring hours are from 8-9am. You will be out in 10 minutes tops. You sign in and before your butt hits the chair they call you in.
Dr. Kang is there M-Th and Dr. Goldschlag is there on Friday. They have one nurse. The office is never crowded. They have 3 monitoring rooms.

Re: Cornell GC office...
Thanks...8 is going to be tough. I'll have to get coverage at work. But I have some good support and can pull in some favors. It's only a handful of times for monitoring anyway. Still better than going into the city!
I don't know why I'm jumping the gun so much. I need to get optimistic about ivf#3 before I look to ivf#4!
