I am really shocked by this. I know he had addiction problems but I didn't see this coming. So sad, may he rest in peace.

I thought of Lea too. It's so sad. No matter what your socioeconomic status is it's hard to run from your demons.

So sad. I just heard on CNN that he 1st checked into rehab at 13 yrs old. Terrible
Many prayers for Lea, she must be heartbroken...
ETS: He was 19 not 13. The media really needs to work on their facts.

I saw this - I was honestly really surprised . I have liked the show since the beginning. My first thought was of lea Michele also. I didn't see this coming at all.

He just couldn't outrun those demons of addiction. So very sad because it seemed he tried his hardest to stay sober. So heartbreaking for his entire family and Lea Michelle.

I wonder how Ryan Murphy is going to write this into the show. I know they already filmed most of the season, but part of me hopes they use the show as a platform to bring awareness to drug use & it's consequences. If that's indeed what he died from.

So sad, and such a terrible loss. If it was drugs, he certainly seemed to be trying to deal with his addiction, but it becomes so difficult, and they often win in the end. My heart breaks for his family and Lea Michelle.
