Cost of dining room set?
How much did you pay for your dining room set? Where did you get it? Please post pics. TIA.

Ours was custom made by Canadel (we chose table shape, size, color, legs, etc). We got 2 leaves for the table and 8 chairs (2 arm chairs and 6 side chairs). We also got a China cabinet. We saw it in Fortunoff's but saved a lot by ordering through a furniture broker in NC. We spent just about $4000.

We bought our dining room from Siegermans (on sale). We got the china cabinet, buffet, table w/2 leaves and 6 chairs for inbetween $5-6,000.

I ordered it 6+ yrs ago directly from the mfg in NC and they were having a HUGE sale to launch their website. so I paid $800 for a table and 4 charis! no tax and delivery was FREE 
it's very similar to this set
once we buy a house, I want to add the leaf and 2 more chairs.

we purchased our dining room set at a garage sale. It was $150 but no leaf but it has 6 chairs, the table and the china closest. I couldn't believe we found this. Its broyhill Fontana and only 5 years old!!

We got ours from Crate & Barrel and I think it was just about $1500 for the table and 6 upholstered chairs. It's the Madison table (we couldn't fit the more expensive, solid wood Baxter table into our current apartment  ) and the Pullman chairs, which I think look more expensive than they actually are. Ours was pretty $$ - we got it at Thomasville.
Here's a pic - our dining room is a lot more finished now, but this was taken right around the time we got the set.
