Could Hayley be constipated?

Could Hayley be constipated?
She has not pooped since Tuesday (when we were leaving the hospital, the NICU nurse was teaching me how to do a rectal temp and she gave us a nice poop). She as some poopy stain in her diaper yesterday morning. She has been passing gas.
How long do I wait before trying to stimulate her with the thermomoter? or am I crazy????

Some babies can go as many as 5 days without a bowel movement. As long as she is passing gas I wouldn't worry too much about it. Is she formula fed or BF?

If she is not cranky or anyting I think she is fine since she is getting the gas out but if you are concerned and want to know when to help her go to the bathroom call the dr. they will tell you
