Could someone look at these stats....

And help me intrepret them.......to me......they look pretty good. I am considering this Center in Houston. Supposedly, he is one of the best. I would be in the 35-37 Group

Well it sure looks impressive if you go by the percentages alone. 80% rate for pregnancy is 'unbelievable' but then, it falls drastically for live births...but 50% is still a very good stat for that age group. However, what I tend to put a lot of emphasis on, is the 'diagnostic' section. If you look at the upper right hand corner, they break down the different 'infertility' issues. If you notice this clinic deals with a lot of 'male factor issues". Male factor and tubal issues, are usually the easiest issues to deal with for IVF. Those can help increase stats. If a clinic has many patients with diminished ovarian reserve and high stats , to me that's impressive. Look up your particular diagnosis and see how often they deal with it.

This a great site because you can narrow things down to your diagnosis. On the top, put in 'fresh' embryos, and then choose your diagnosis...(tubal issue or uterine factor...fibroids)
