Could this be a viral rash?

Noticed the start of a rash on Noahs neck last night, today it is all over his body... arms, legs, small patch on face and his belly and back are covered ....Its like a prickly heat rash. but everywhere!

I thought it was from new unwashed PJS he wore yesterday.

Anyway, he had some green loose poopy today and now he has a low grade fever ( 100.2)..

Dr.'s office is closed, I'm not one to panic at all, but should I call them or just try benedryl?

And Is this what the call a viral rash? Anyone have experience with that?

Eta- its not big and splotchy like some pics I saw were. Its a very small rash, thousands of red bumps, like prickly heat IMo.

Is he on amoxicillian?

Does the rash bother him?

SAME THING happened to Landon last week. He is fine now but I never got any answers. He was sick for about 4 days total.

What the heck is it? It's on his chin and lower cheek area. I gave him some clairitan for bed tonight.

Could it be some type of allergy or roseola?

DS had a high fever followed by a rash all over his body. It was roseola and went away pretty quickly but scared the bejesus out of us!
