Holy moly - I wouldn't recognize her if she walked right next to me! I had to look up how old she is and she's only 54. Her skin (on her legs - in addition to face) makes her seem so much older.

Bad plastic surgery.
As for her body. She has no muscle tone so she probably doesn't work out. In that case I think she looks normal.

She was a heroin addict. She's in her mid 50's.
Her bathing suit is way too thin and therefore revealing.
Otherwise, give her a break.
She's a lot thinner than I've ever been. Good for her.

I have to agree with this. She looks her age, I think. Sure, the suit could be not as thin, but also she just came out of the water and all her makeup probably washed off.
If I have a body like that when I’m almost 60, I’d be happy.

I was expecting WAY worse from the comments here. She looks like a 54 year old woman. I've seen women in their 20's look way worse in a bathing suit! I think our society is getting way too used to looking at plastic surgery and air brushed photos.

I think she looks pretty normal too. I think it’s just we are used to celebrities sleeping in formaldehyde every night to stay young forever lol

She's 54, abused her body with drugs and alcohol.
She was never good looking to begin with, and this is a bad choice of bathing suit.
I'm almost 52 and my body is changing in ways I'm not that thrilled about. Things are starting to droop and flatten out.

I think people were referring to her legs/groin area where the skin is kind of loose and hanging.
Her arms look pretty damn good and yes, so do her boobs.
Could be her hard living past, could be lack of working out, or could just be genetics. Sometimes your skin elasticity is all determined by your genes to be honest

OMG I was going to say that bathing suit! 
Anything that turns your vaginal area into a sharp triangle is a NOOOOOOO
And yes, I cannot tell you how much more toned my legs look when I use my Sally Hansen airburshed legs on them. Like 6 months worth of squats in 5 minutes!
