Cover letter question
Hubby is going to a recruitment on Tuesday, how should he address his cover letter? It has to be general since he doesn't know who he is meeting with... We already have To Whom It May Concern, but was wondering if there is another greeting that would suit better?

He can a) Address all the letters to "Dear Administrator' or b) personally address all cover letters to the superintendents/principals whose districts will be represented at the job fair.
