Cozy bar for date night??
We want to go to a place with a cozy bar and great food. We are me at massapequa but willing to drive 20 min or so any suggestions?

Cozy bar for date night??
Hmmmmm I like bk Sweeney in bethpage I also love maxwells in islip. Salumi in massapequa is good also but that may be a bit different than what you are looking for!

Vine wine bar is nice- it's a wine bar though.

BrewVine in Franklin Square is a cool place.
IDK if it would be "cozy" when you go though...personally, I don't feel like anything on LI is cozy if you go on a Friday or Saturday night lol

If so, I was there recently, and it was beyond crowded. We waited over 1.5 hours for a table, and the bar seating wasn't moving anymore quickly.
The food was very good, but I would not go there for a date night on the weekend again.

I know its called Gastro Pub, we made a reservation for 6 couples on a Saturday night and we didn't wait long at all. We had a drink at the bar and before we were even finished with our drinks the table was ready. They sat us in the back and it was cozy and the waitress was great. She gave great recommendations and we had a great time.
