CPA's: Test Prep Help
Dh is filling out his paperwork to take the CPA exam.
He is looking for recommendations on what study materials are good.
He's seen so many different brands and methods and he's not sure which one to pick.

i took a becker / conviser prep class and it was good, this was years ago though  good luck to him

I work for Kaplan and they have a division that does CPA prep. You can see the options at www.kaplancpareview.com.
It's all online.

becker/convisor classes are very good, but of course cost $
if he wants to study on his own the Bisk books and CDs for audio are good and the Gleim books are good

My sister took a Becker course this past summer and passed all 4 sections of the exam. They also have CD's which some of her current coworkers do.
If he works for a large firm, they will probably reimburse him for it. My sisters firm payed for the class upfront.
