Crafty ladies - help me with my Christmas wreath
I am not that crafty but I want to attempt to make a wreath. Going for a simple one. Just want to put ribbon and christmas balls on it. I have the wreath, ribbon and christmas balls but how do I get the balls to stay on the wreath? I am thinking maybe hot glue? Or do I kinda tie them and with what? LOL Sorry I am clueless about this. Any help is appreciated.

Re: Crafty ladies - help me with my Christmas wreath
what about if you tied them on with fishing wire (i use it all the time in crafts- and especially with wreaths)- that way you cant see it, but its durable.

This is what we did also...they have wire in the jewelry/bead making section of craft stores.

Re: Crafty ladies - help me with my Christmas wreath
That's great! In the past I have hot glues ornaments & a bow to a grape vine wreath.
For my real wreath, I have a few things that I jusr sort of stick in the branches.

Re: Crafty ladies - help me with my Christmas wreath
I just made one last night. I got everything at Michael's. All the stuff is 40% off, so it was so inexpensive to do. I got a big bow premade that came on wire already and just attached it by that. Then I got some decorative pieces for the rest of the wreath that were also on wire. They have a ton of different decorative pieces already on wire. It was so easy and quick to do. Have fun!
