Crafty moms....
Last year at a party, the parents had these cute wood picture frames that came with 4 markers...Any idea where I can get them? I tried Michaels already! I would love to order them for the birthday party!

Michael's sells wooden picture frames that are $1 each. They don't come with markers, but you could always go to a Dollar Store and purchase them separately. Even try Staples (or anywhere school supplies are sold) for markers, they are having big Back To School sales right now.
