Cramping after Internal
Just had my strep and internal today. Fun, fun! 
I'm 36 weeks and everything looks good. Got a sono and plenty of amnio, cervix is closed, baby is a good size, etc.
I just noticed or feeling a bit more crampy now. Kind of uncomfortable sitting at my desk at work.
Is that normal?
I have been cramping sporadically, but usually in the mornings and goes away after I get up and move around

Defintiely normal. I had my first internal and strep b swab last week and was a little crampy afterwards. Like you, I have also been crampy on and off for about a month now. The cramping should stop.
