Cramping all day today
I *think* it's O pains, but to be honest I've never felt them this bad before. Granted I was on BC for like ever, so I'm assuming that made my AF and ovulation much better. This is my first cycle off BC. I got my smiley on Monday morning, so I would assume I'm Ovulating today. I've had killer cramps all.frickin.day.long. They feel similar to AF cramps.
DH and I plan to BD tonight but I honestly have no desire with these cramps

I could be wrong but I thought they said you should wait a couple of months after stopping BC before TTC.

My OB said it was fine to start right away. She said usually they like you to wait 1 full cycle only because its then easier for the doctors to calculate when you conceived. Since I'm using OPK's I don't think we'll have an issue figuring that out.

Cramping all day today
I had the same! I was on be too for a long time and was surprised when I could feel O so clearly, I'd also have about an hour when I would have this weird pressure in my butt, every month, like clockwork.
