cramping at the end?
i feel like I've had cramps all day, and lower back pain. please tell me this is a sign of something

Could be early labor! When I went into labor with my first all it felt like was period cramps and my lower back hurt like every 10 min then quickly switched to every 5 min! Def call your ob!

cramping at the end?
It could be....or it could not. I'm 37 weeks 5 days today also and I've had those menstrual type cramps (no back pain though) since week 29 or 30. They are daily, last about 10-15 minutes when they come, and I tend to get them 5-10 times a day. Very sporadic. As of last week, I was still closed, and 50% effaced.

cramping at the end?
needless to say I went to bed and woke up feeling totally normal. but last night same thing happened. started to get cramping and lower back pain. seems to be mostly at night for long periods of time, rather than all day at certain intervals

Toward the end with my son I remember feeling period cramps.
