Cramping without spotting....
I'm in my 11th week - a little cramping is ok, right?
Its occasionally throughout the day, and fleeting... I'm not sure if its from the Zofran constipating me (TMI - sorry) or just natural little pangs from 1st trimester pregnancy....

ok - I just needed some reassurance - I'm sure its somethign benign like that, but this is my 1st pregnancy, and i have no frame of reference!

Yes most of us have said we have had that. I am still cramping at times. Drink LOTS of water and you won't cramp as much.

I still get some cramping and stretching also. My dr. said its normal.

i get it to .... alot of it had to do with my MS and being dehydrated... but from what I was told it was not abnormal!
