Cramps/Feeling of "fullness" after AF?
Sorry if this is TMI towards the end everyone...
I've had mild cramps & a feeling of "fullness" in my lower abdomen since yesterday morning and my lower back pain is starting up again. It all doesn't hurt as badly as it did pre-AF, but I am pretty aware of it all all of the time. I've never had this post-AF discomfort before - is it common for some people? Today is CD8 & AF lasted from late CD1 (8pm) until early CD4 (gone by 10am) - which is very normal for me, I usually get AF for 2 1/2 days & she's usually pretty light...I dunno...I'm going to start googling it all in a minute, I just wanted to check with you lovely ladies to see what you think. TIA!

Re: Cramps/Feeling of "fullness" after AF?
Thanks De - it seems like I'm following in your steps this month, huh?
Everything that I found online pointed to either cysts or fibroids, but I don't know that it's that. I've had both in the past, but experienced the pain, etc. mid-cycle with breakthrough bleeding...this just seems too soon & it feels a little...different. Sigh, I guess that I'll just wait it out a few days. Hopefully it will go away on its own!!

try not to research on the internet.. i diagnosed myself with a ton of things.. it makes you nuts!! so yea seems like we are on the same schedule.. i just really feel that most of the things we never experienced before is because of our previous pregnancy.. it really has an effect on your body and it just changes.. so wait it out ... i think mine lasted a day or 2.. so after that..maybe just put in a message for your doctor.

That's so true! I always yell at other people to not diagnose themselves online & here I am trying to do it
Anways, I bet you're right. We've got a trip upstate planned for this weeked, so hopefully I'll feel 100% by the morning! Thanks again
