Cramps while sleeping...maybe TMI
Last night I finally got comfortable and went to turn from my left side to my right and got a terrible cramp right under my belly button. I actualy went to the bathroom thinking something was wrong, but everything seems fine. Here's the TMI part....could this have anything to do with the fact that for the last two days I have been constipated? Anyone else have this? I am 21 weeks. Is this normal? TIA

it's totally normal - our abdominal muscles are stretching and you just pulled a muscle, that's all. it happenes to me nearly every night
