Crashing..Girl names
NOT pregnant, not even close. But my husband and I like to talk about names for our future kids a lot.
I was wondering what everyone thought about the name Alice.
I think it's pretty and not very common, but it's a far cry from my preferred italian sounding names lol.

Alice is actually coming back as a trendy name. I like old fashioned, traditional names. A lot of them are coming back in the top 25.

That's my grandmother's name  That said, DD's middle name is Alyse (Ah-leese), as a tribute to my grandmother. If you want something more Italian sounding, you could use Alyssa or Alessia.

Haha I need a new house before I can have another baby! But I'm hoping within two years.

I went from the most italian sounding last name on the planet to a plain boring old last name that I feel doesn't have any nationality at all.
So I didnt' think a super italian sounding name would go well with my new last name. Alice fits nicely with my last name.
I like Alice because of Alice in Wonderland which is one of my favorite Disney movies of all time. I also like Aurora from Sleeping beauty but I find Aurora difficult to say lol.

crashing, dd2's middle name is Alice. It was dh's gma's name. It flows with her first name. We have a very Irish last name so it goes. his cousin is alison, as its related to alice.
i have noticed a lot of "older" names coming back. I like it
