Crazy FL weather pics from this weekend
I never realized how crazy the weather is here in FL... we tried to race the storm, but it caught up to us.

The first time JT went to FL was just a few summers ago and the same thing happened to us and he was amazed, too. He'd never seen anything like it. Must be a bummer for beach plans

Everytime I'm in FL we experience some sort of weird weather!
I remember being there one year for New Years and it was actually like 20 degrees outside.

Gotta love FL
In our area we've been getting wicked lightening.
A few weeks ago we were driving and it was raining on the stores but not on the street. It looked like a lawn sprinkler gone crazy, but it was surely raining.

In our area we've been getting wicked lightening.
Yea the lightening is out of control. Our power goes out a lot around here.
We've also seen the sheet of rain on one side of the street and not the other. It's crazyyyyy!

Crazy southern weather!!
This is from the local paper in Myrtle Beach where my mom is:
Power lines were ripped down right outside her development. She said the electricity went out but the house was pretty much lit up for hours with all the lightning!!!!

I was in Myrtle Beach this weekend visitng my sister and her family. The thunder and lightning was bad on Friday night. It was very windy as well. I used to live in Florida and this was as bad as any Florida storm that I have experienced, with exception of a few hurricanes.
