Crazy post - foods/drinks that increase milk
I was wondering what you are eating/drinking that you have seen increase milk. I know about beer & fenugreek pills but here is some other ones that have helped me....
* Oatmeal
* Root beer
Anyone else....I'm just curious.

I was told about Guiness and Sprite, I tried it but I couldn't take the taste.

Dark, malt beers.
Oatmeal.
Mother's Milk tea.
LOTS of water.
Herbs:
Fenugreek.
Blessed thistle.
