how on earth would someone look for help on creating an app?

i have an idea for something that would seriously solve a set of problems, but i don't know the first thing about coding or anything else that would be needed for putting an app together.

are there places where i can check for hired help... like the parking lot of a Home Depot, but for tech work? Chat Icon
