Creative ways to tell your DH you're pregnant?
My pill stops this week (just getting off of it now--had to finish the cycle) and I want to be prepared in case I test + soon...I was hoping to do something cute? Buy a onesie ahead of time that says "I love my daddy"?
How about creative ways to tell your parents too?

I saw some reality show where the wife bought a bunch of pink and blue balloons and had them in a room of their house for when the husband walked in. I think that is a fun way...but, it would require me keeping it to myself until I could get to the store and get all of that set up. That's just not likely for me and my big mouth!

i had a bunch of cute ideas and thoughts and then realized that when i finally pee on the stick and get a BFP, i'll be a hysterical crying mess and there's no one on earth who won't be able to figure out what that means.
if it's early, i'll probably wake up the entire county with a scream.

now thats cute!!! i was thinking on giving DH a DAD card. my mom told me to wrap up the PG test and give it to him in a box um no thanks mom lol

I took a picture of the digital test with my cell phone and sent him a picture TEXT entitled "Guess what"
It was very cute. He came running up the stairs and kept asking if I was serious.

I changed the wallpaper on his desktop to a picture of the positive pregnancy test the first time I got PG.

that's really cute!
Personally, I could never pull it off b/c as soon as I get the positive, I'll be so excited and my neurotic nature will make DH come and look at it to determine if its really postive, and then after several more tests, I'll still be unsure that its really happening, and there is no way I could keep it from DH more than 10 seconds.

LOL I wanted to be creative (with 1st pregnancy/DS) but, when I tested I thought I was seeing things.
I asked DH to "Come here a second cuz I think Im seeing things".....That was that! LOL.
For our parents I took pics of all my + tests, framed them and gave them out in gift bags.

I did the same thing - I thought that I'd do something really cute and had a few plans in the works, but when I got my BFP I stood by the front door for 30 minutes until he got home from work & stuck the test in his face as he walked through the door! When I finally got a BFP on the digital a few days later I just ran out of the bathroom yelling "It was right! It was right! I'm PG!!!"
We told my mom & dad on Mother's Day by buying a mom's day card for Grandma, signing it Baby Our Last Name & pasting a photo of the digital test inside the card. That went over really well! If you can hold it in long enough, it's fun being creative when you tell

I stood in the bathroom at 5:45am on Wed before work screaming his name and saying OMG OMG do you see ANYTHING! He said yea and went back to bed then called me on my way to work and said OMG we might have a peanut inside you....
