Is transfering from one 0% cred. card to another (a bunch of times) bad?

I don't know if its bad, my mom has been doing it for years. Everytime the 0% is up she transfers to another.
I can't see what is bad, you are paying it off.

i'd just make sure you're cancelling the old cards so that it doesnt look like you have too many open lines of credit.
