I think most companies have something along these lines, usually you can just call a few places and ask. We have one with Discover and in the past have had them with Chase and Citibank. Another thing you can do is call a compnay you have now and ask them if they will extend you the offer since you have been a good customer otherwise you will cancel the card. It worked for DH!!

I would definitely try calling your CC company first. I don't know what your current rate is, but usually they will lower it for you if you ask. If not, I would call another card that you have (if you have more than one) and see if they will offer you a balance transfer. Last case scenario, call around to other CC companies and see which one will give you the best offer. I used Chase a while back and got 0% on balance transfers for 18 months and no fees.

just do a search for 0% credit cards or go to a site that compares the credit cards with the best deal. you can apply right online.

I have a BOA for 0% until April 2008 and I applied for a Citizens bankl for 0% until Feb 2008. Not as good as it could be, but it will give me time to pay it all off without all of those insane interest payments

I would recommend a Bank of America Worldpoints. I have one and their standard APR is very good for a rewards card, after the 0% is over of course.

I work for a bank and we have this offer....BUT BE CAREFUL. Most banks charge a % (usually 3) to transfer the balance. Do you own your own home...if you do...do a Home Equity. It is usually tax deductible unlike CC interest.

www.mycccu.com offers 1.9% for 18 mos on balance transfers. They are SOO friendly there too. You apply online and they will email you or call you and then have you sign a hard copy of the app. They are very "not perfect credit" friendly also.
