Re: Crib shopping

I love it! Jules loves it-25 months and hasn't attempted to climb out yet.

It's a regular sleigh crib, not a convertible. It was $199, and the changing table was $399 if I remember correctly and dresser was $499... I used a coupon on each piece...

It was cheaper to buy the toddler bed seperately than to get a convertible. And I always thought about what to do if I had gotten pregnant before she was out of a crib. So this one will have her crib and she will have a toddler bed for now.Link to pic post

I am not sure about usefulness of the round crib unless you have a big room for the baby where the crib is in the middle of the room. Also, I think you need to get special sheets for the round crib which can be $$$.

Re: Crib shopping

I was at Buy Buy Baby a few weeks ago and they had a big selection. I saw one at Fortunoff Baby that I think I like.

We got ours at BRU...and love it! It is the Jardine Madison Convertible Crib. I have pics in my album...and it converts to a FULL size bed! That was the best part for us! Chat Icon

Re: Crib shopping

We bought ours at Behrs. We fell in love. They are a bit pricey there, but you can't beat the quality. It'll eventually convert to a full size bed.

Re: Crib shopping

It was hard shopping for a crib. We knew we wanted a convertible, wood colored and one with a drop down side so it narrowed down the choices but we decided on this one from BRU.

I looked at BBB and BRU yesterday and it seems anything I remotely like is EXPENSIVE! I need to keep searching.Chat Icon
