Cricut vs. Silhouette Cameo
Do any of you crafty ladies have any feedback on these machines?
I'm not very crafty but would like to make some things for DD's birthday party, and I can see myself using whatever I wind up buying for future projects too.
Would either of these be good for making letters for a banner?

Re: Cricut vs. Silhouette Cameo
I own a Cricut. DH bought it for my Christmas 2010. At that time the Cameo was not an option. If I knew then what I know now about Provo Craft (Cricut manufacturer) I would have told DH to save his money and would have lived without an electronic die cutting machine.
Everyone I know that has a Cameo LOVES LOVES LOVES it.

Re: Cricut vs. Silhouette Cameo
I have both
I love my Silhouette Cameo more than my Cricut Expression mainly because I don't have to buy any more cartridges. Also, I can cut any font on my computer for free (made life a lot easier when designing DS's birthday banner). I used the print and cut feature for the first time last weekend, and it's pretty cool! This is something I couldn't do with my Cricut.
I still keep my Cricut around through because I have some cartridges with licensed characters that I still use (disney images and Hello Kitty).
