Crossing the Throgs Neck Bridge-3 people minimum?
I have to cross the bridge to get to the Bronx to pick up my daughter. Do I need to have 3 people in the car? I'm only going to the Bronx, not Manhattan.

Nope - since it's Queens to the Bronx. I crossed from Queens to Bronx on the Whitestone this morning - no problem.

nope - no restrictions on the throgs neck or whitestone.
dont attempt the RFK though - even if its to get to the bronx - its a nightmare!!!
