Crumb Cake
Crumb Cake
Any Duncan Hines cake mix with 3 eggs and 1 1 /2 cups water. The Duncan Hines cake calls for oil DO NOT USE OIL IN THIS RECIPE!
Mix and put in large roasting pan with tin foil (Reynolds Release) and grease and flour tin foil. (Only use tin foil if you plan on transporting cake to another plate. If you plan on serving in the pan you use, no need to use the foil.
Bake 20-25 minutes at 350 degrees.
While cake is baking make crumbs
Crumb topping
3 sticks margarine (or butter) melted 3 cups flour 1 cup sugar 1 tbsp cinnamon 2 tsp vanilla extract 1/8 to ¼ tsp almond extract
Mix all ingredients until solid – when cake is done break up and sprinkle mixture over top – put back in over and bake again for another 25 minutes. Let cake cool a few minutes and sprinkle top w/confectioner’s sugar

Re: Crumb Cake
Yes. I use my pampered chef pan when I make mine. I believe you can use a pyrex dish as well

Re: Crumb Cake
You can use that size too. I think you just have to use a large size pan. The recipe doesn't specify an exact size. The pampered chef pan I use is a lasagna size too.
