Cuisinart Chef's Classic Stainless Cookware

Does anyone have Cuisinart Chef's Classic Stainless Steel Cookware? I recently purchased the 14 piece set and the first time I used the frying pan, it completely discolored! I am going to call customer service, but I was curious if anyone else had a similar experience! TIA!

Re: Cuisinart Chef's Classic Stainless Cookware

The discoloration is in the inside of the pan and I have a gas stove.

I read the information beforehand and made sure that I didn't use too high heat. It's weird because I cooked a turkey burger in it and sprayed the pan well with Pam. Where the burger cooked looks fine, but most of the area around where the burger cooked is all discolred.

Funny you ask this. I don't have cuisinart pots, but when I lived in my old apt it had electric heat - no problems. I moved and now use gas on the stove and the outside of my pots turned!! WEIRD!!!

Get bar keepers friend and a dobie pad and it should come right off.
