Nancy, she's driving me crazy. She booked 4 rooms for a max of 21 people!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
She said we can cancel up to 72 hrs in advance and I will be damned if I have to pay for rooms we don't use!!! 
I think I might kill her...
