I work for wamu and do mortgages and helocs.
It depends on how your credit is and that kinda stuff....

Im being quoted 6.375-6.5% and Helocs at 7.5-7.9%

I've been hearing this flux for the past two weeks now...we have yet to lock in a rate (we're closing on 5/31).  If/when it goes back down to 6.375% -no points- we're locking.
