I got quotes between 1.90 and 1.99 COD cash 400 Gallons.

I got quotes between $2.39-$2.54 the other day.
Where was the $1.99 quote from?

I got a quote for $2.59 lock through May and $100 service contract for a year, so that's a little hight then huh?
