curtain challenged - do they make rods for 3 layers of curtains?

I want to hang:
--valances
--1 layer of curtains
--then a sheer layer of curtains
So I need 3 rods right?
Do they sell a kit for the 3, if not what would I use?

No, you don't have to necessarily. you can get a double rod for the sheers and curtains and you can mount the valances onto wood and then use L-brackets to mount them to the window.

OR

you can use just a double rod and use drapery hooks and hook both the 1 layer of curtains and 1 layer of sheers onto 1 rod and then use the other rod to hang your valances.

We have a similar setup in our dining room. I used a double rod to hang up the curtains and sheers. An inch above that, we used a single rod to hang the valance. The single rod juts out in front of the double rod so you can't tell that we used so many rods for the setup. Good luck decorating!

I saw triple rod sets at Target that were designed for sheers, then panels then a valence.

you can do a triple rod as mentioned above,

or an add-a-rod

or a decorative double rod, with a basic curtain rod for the innermost layer.
