Cute "big sister" books for a 3-year-old?
I want to get DD one or two really cute/sweet books about being a big sister-- what she can help the baby learn, etc. She's almost 3 so I want something not babyish since she's really into books and pretty aware of the whole "baby" thing.
Any recommendations? I know there are tons out there but I know you all have good ones to recommend!
Even better if they're big sister/little sister books since we're having another girl

Re: Cute "big sister" books for a 3-year-old?
The Scholastic store in Manhattan had a great one
I advise getting the 2 girl one (sister to sister)
i have a brother-brother one and when i read it to DS#1 I change the names to fit him and his brother and now he calls it the "Christopher-Carlo" book

Re: Cute "big sister" books for a 3-year-old?
I started reading "God Gave us You" to Bella when she was born and then I saw they had a "God Gave us Two" book.
They are very sweet books and Bella HAS to have me read it to her
Even though the Mommy bear ends up having twins (a boy and a girl) in book #2, it's a sweet story about being a BIG sister.

Re: Cute "big sister" books for a 3-year-old?
There are so many but I wanted to suggest this...
http://www.google.com/products?hl=en&q=gund+big+sister+photo+album&um=1&ie=UTF-8&ei=_Le8S_e1B8PflgeY4qmECQ&sa=X&oi=product_result_group&ct=title&resnum=3&ved=0CCkQrQQwAg
It is not a book but a Brag Book for when the baby is born. I got one for my niece when the second one came along. She loved it and got to take it to school to show her teachers and all her friends.

I have the boy version of this one and DS LOVES it (Joanna Cole is the author)
We also have the Karen Katz flip book and he doesn't like that one even though he loves the rest of her books.
