Cute inexpensive summer dresses
Where can I find some cute ones? I need nice fitted ones (not empire waist) bc of my body shape. VS doesn't impress me and Old Navy had cr@p.

Runs a little small- kind of like Junior sizing. I normally wear a 4 or a Small at Victoria's Secret. Here I order a Medium if that helps...
