cuticle repair..recommendations?

My index and thumb fingers are a total disaster..to the point where the skin is cracked, peeling, bleeding and gross. I have no idea why its just these 2 fingers on my right hand or what i did that is causing this?

I've tried vit. E oil and mario badescu cuticle gel and nothing is helping it heal.

any suggestions on a good cuticle repair/hand cream. Im desperate!!

until i can get to a dr..which i really might need b/c my fingers are killing me!!

put a little bacitracin ointment on it, and a loose bandaid.
