cutting 1st tooth
my sons first tooth has cut through his lower gum, just wondering about how long for the entire tooth to be up???? He is in sooo much pain and we have been doing everything for him, but it only seems to help for alittle, and his sleeping pattern is HORRIBLE now, and the crying seems like it's constant!!!

I am pretty sure that once it cut through - there is no more pain. It's cutting through the gums that hurts the little ones.
ETA: Usually after the first bottom the 2nd bottom comes in shortly afterwards, so he might be having teething pain for a tooth to come.

Todd Jr's 2 bottom teeth are coming in together and he is waking at night every 2 hours, I feel so bad for him.... I wish they would cut through already!!
