Cutting out sugar
Has anyone done this completely? Like no sugar at all, not even fruit. And no item with sugar in its ingredients?
I've done this before a LONG time ago and lost a lot of weight and I remember it being REALLLY difficult.
I don't however remember how long it was difficult for, I know it was weeks. But once I cut it out I was fine. Does anyone know and has anyone done it?

Re: Cutting out sugar
You cut out fruit? I could never do that. I think fruit has the good sugar, I don't understand how someone could cut it out.

Sounds similiar to the Phase 1 of South Beach - you can't have fruit or sugar but you can have Splenda. I love fruit, so it was hard for a day or two but totally worth it
