cvs rocks
ok, here is another one of my trips...
cvs had a printout ( which is no longer available) where you present it to a minute clinic and get a $5 off a $15 purchase.
i went to the minute clinic
the nurse practitioner was so nice, she actually gave me two of the coupons.
i then purchased: * bayer didget (blood glucose tester) $29.99 * dawn dish soap $0.97
subtotal: $30.96
i had a cuopon for the bayer didget for $25.00 off and a dawn coupon for $0.25 off
i turned in my $5 off coupon, then the bayer coupon, then the dawn coupon. my out-of-pocket cost was $0.77
and i walked away with $10 extra care bucks for my next purchase... and the additional $5 off
nice little money maker

Awesome! Now here is the real question....can you use the blood glucose tester or did you just get it to get the extra bucks and stuff?

good question!
previously, i would have not purchased it, or even considered it because it is not something i (or anyone in my immediate family) would use.
now, with all the couponing i've been doing, i've come across so much free food, that i've started to donate a lot more than we ever did before. SO takes a class at the local Catholic Charities. we've talked with a couple of people there and have found out what their needs are. i have a large plastic container in my back room that i fill with all i can donate. the glucose meters will be donated to them, as well.
