D&C Checkup Today

Hi ladies,

Just wanted to update everyone, DH and I had our post checkup after my D&C this morning

I almost feel some closure, it feels good!
Dr. said I healed nicely everything looks great and all tests came back great, nothing other than body just naturally miscarrying.
Dr. said no reason that we won't have a normal, healthy pregnancy next time!

We continue to pray and put our faith in God and hope for the best.

Do you mind me asking what test were performed? I had my post D & C check up last week and the doctor just said I was closed up and to do whatever whenever and that these things happen.

Of course, no problem!
Well when they do the D&C they test for genetic issues, etc..
they also send to the pathology lab to test to see if there was a gene that my DH or I carry that would make it hard to have a child.

My dr. told me everything was great, nothing came back as a red flag and he said wait 2 cycles to start TTC again and to continue to keep taking the pre-natals!

Yes these things do happen, my dr. said that yes these things happen and its the bodies way of saying something may have been wrong or during the 9 months something may have developed or may not have developed

My doctor said the same thing to me. My dh and I believe that it was the bodys way of getting rid of an unhealthy pregnancy and also it was Gods will. Knowing this it helps me get through the day and please know that everyday it gets better. Good luck to you and dh I hope that your wishes of having a child come true.
