Daily food thread

I thought maybe I would start posting what I eat each day to hold myself accountable and also to maybe share ideas with others. Please feel free to post your daily menus! Maybe even any exercise you may have done. Today was my first day really cutting out the crap! It may not sound like the perfect menu but trust me. It's a big improvement! I am proud of myself and pray I keep it up! Here goes:

Breakfast:
Fage greek yogurt (2% cherry)
pomegranite raspberry tea- NO sugar (this was huge for me)

Morning snack:
2 puffed rice rolls (a new snack I found at Costco. Slightly sweet and crunchy- 45 calories each)

Lunch:
Bowl of homemade lentil soup
pear

Snack:
2 Magic pops
1/2 an avocado mashed with lime juice

Dinner:
Rotisserie chicken
Steamed broccoli

After dinner:
Coffee with some irish cream creamer (the only thing i felt a little guilty about)

Well honestly I have this odd health issue and I take a lot of meds, so frequently I'm not hungry, or I'm in pain so that takes over. My body also just functions better if I eat less during the day and have a larger meal at night. I don't know why.

I'm just starting to work out a little. I'm hoping it will help.

Eta- I just thought posting on here would be good so I could see what I'm eating. Like I realize I need a more balanced diet, more veggies less carbs.
