I ate so bad over the holidays. I need to get back on track!
Yesterday:
Breakfast - Coconut water/Mixed Berry/Protein Powder smoothie
Snack - Banana
Lunch - Salad w/cucumber tomato pecans & blue cheese & Amy's fire roasted vegetable soup with a tablespoon of guacamole
Snack - handful of pistachios
Dinner - Manahattan Clam Chowder
After tap class snack - Handful of popcorn
Even with all of this I was starving!!! I got used to eating whatever I wanted throughout the holidays. Eep!!!
Today:
Breakfast - Coconut water/Vanilla/Protein Powder smoothie
Lunch - Amy's spanish rice and red bean soup w/guacamole
Snack - Baked vidalia onion crisps
Dinner - Skinny taste spaghetti squash w/spinach and cheese
Snack - popcorn

Banana, vitamin water
small cup of split pea soup, slices of roasted turkey breast
protein bar
shredded chicken with salsa & spices, a little cheese, lots of lettuce, 1 tbsp. lowfat sour cream and 1 tortilla
watermelon
tall nonfat white mocha from Starbucks (I need to stop buying these.)

Daily food thread
Breakfast : a pear - no appetite in the morning lately Lunch: Sprouted grain tortillas with sauce cheese and mushrooms baked in the oven as mini pizzas Dinner: Roasted chickpeas and cauliflower bowl. Dessert: Chocolate avocado pudding Snacks : Two glasses of green juice. Sprouted bean chips. A coconut, date, chia seed truffle.

My birthday messed me up a bit but I'm back on track. Went to pilates yesterday. First time working out in months! Felt good. Today:
-english muffin w/ a piece of ricotta salata cheese
-honey/oat granola bar & coffee
-spinach and orzo and a small salad with vinagrette
- beets with red onion & chickpeas with balsamic
a chocolate chip cookie

Banana, 2 Golden Oat Belvita Breakfast Biscuits, tea with honey and lemon
Sauteed escarole, spinach & mini chicken meatballs, small serving of orzo/zucchini/ feta salad
english muffin, ricotta salata
a few crackers with pepperoni

Yesterday-
B- coco green smoothie from juice and blends.
L- chobani yogurt and American cheese
D- a large salad. Gf crackers with fig jam.
Today-
B- chobani yogurt
L- steamed veggies and ricotta cheese.

Breakfast :
A banana with mixed nut and seed butter
Lunch: 100 % whole wheat fusilli with chickpeas, pesto and cooked spinach
Dinner: big salad of mixed greens with nut cheese and roasted string beans
Snacks :
A big glass of green juice ( cucumbers, carrots, greens, celery, green apple and lime. SO good !)
A couple of tablespoons of brown rice
An orange
A cup of earl grey tea
