Daily Meal Log

I remember a while back there was a thread on here where everyone posted what they were eating each day. It was a great way to account for what you were eating and get ideas of some healthy options for meals throughout the day. I figured I'd give it a go again since I haven't seen that thread in a long time.

I'll start!

Breakfast: plain instant oatmeal with 1 tsp of pure maple syrup

Snack: babybell cheese

Lunch: low sodium vegetable soup, carrots, and an 80 cal pack of guacamole

Dinner: TBD

Daily Meal Log

Breakfast: strawberry, blueberry, cherry juice in nutribullet
Lunch: Mac and cheese
Snack at work: Apple
Snack when got home: Trail mix
Dinner: Dinosaur chicken nuggets

Drinks: water all day and glass of ginger ale with dinner

I eat like a kid :)))

Breakfast: Plain instant oatmeal (made with water) with sliced strawberries

Mid Morning snack: Watermelon

Lunch: Shake (made with 1 cup 2% milk + 1 tsp peanut butter)

Mid Afternoon Snack: 2 turkey, cheese, and lettuce roll ups

Dinner: chicken stir fry with white rice

ETA: I've been trying really hard to drink about 2 - 3 bottles of water a day. I don't drink very much throughout the day, so this is actually easier said than done.

Daily Meal Log

Breakfast: Strawberry, pineapple, banana juice
Lunch: Chicken nuggets
Dinner: Steak & chicken fajitas with rice

Drink: Water, Water, Water!

We were only allowed to drink water and milk for dinner growing up. Soda was for "special" parties only. Hahaha. So, I stuck with it! Keep it in front of you all day, you will drink it!

Breakfast: plain oatmeal with 4 sliced strawberries, coffee with milk

Mid-Morning Snack: 1 cup of cantaloupe and watermelon + 1 babybel cheese

Lunch: Idealshake made with water and 1 tsp peanut butter

Mid-Afternoon Snack: 1 hardboiled egg

Dinner: Grilled chicken with veggies

Breakfast: Kashi GoLean Crunch cereal with blueberries and raspberries, fat-free milk

Morning snack: Banana

Lunch: Salad with some roasted chicken, fat free honey dijon dressing, Luna chocolate dipped coconut bar

Mid Afternoon Snack: Oikos Bananas Foster Yogurt

Dinner: Grilled chicken and some form of veggie

I'm boring this week....pretty much a repeat of yesterday's meals with the exception of dinner.

5/8:

Breakfast: 1 cup of chocolate almond milk, plain oatmeal w/4 sliced strawberries, coffee w/ 1tbsp half & half

Mid-Morning Snack: 1 cup of cantaloupe and watermelon

Lunch: IdealShake made with water + 1 tsp peanut butter

Mid-Afternoon Snack: 1 babybell cheese + 1 hardboiled egg

Dinner: ST chicken shiitake and wild rice soup


I'm really trying to be good because I know this weekend will be filled with Mother's Day brunch, Mother's Day BBQ, and then out to dinner for belated Mother's Day on Monday...hopefully I make good choices Chat Icon

Daily Meal Log

During the week, my meals are almost all the same too. Kashi and fruit for breakfast, either a salad or sandwich thin with turkey or ham and low fat cheese for lunch. It's what is easy for me to prep and bring to work.
